Unable to connect table in form manager

Hi. I am having trouble connecting the form to the table in my db using the form manager. At first, I am unable to create the table using the form manager because there is no confirmation that the table is created but when I looked in our database server, the table is created. Now my problem is, I am unable to connect the form to the table using the form manager. Is there any other way to connect it? I am using v4 RC 3.1 and my joomla is 1.6.6. Please help. Thanks.

You need to use one or more of the DB actions to connect the form to a table. DB Save is the most common one.
