Hello!

My form couldn't submit correctly in chrome. The error that appears is wrong imageverification code.
In other browsers is doing fine, but it wont recognize the code as correct in chrome.

Where to look to fix this bug?

Not a bug I've seen reported before. Please post a link to the form so we can take a quick look.

Its kind of strange, sometimes it shows error, sometimes it passes - sometimes affects caps on codes, sometimes doesn`t.

It appears OK from here - just ran a few tests.

The code is not case sensitive and is checked in the server not in the client so I would not expect to see any browser specific errors.
