Required fields don't work in IE7

I'm using Joomla 1.0 and ChronoForms 2.3.9. In Chrome all the forms are perfect. In IE7 there is no warning when a required filed is missing. What I am I doing wrong?

Hi,

this is a JS conflict somewhere at your page, you need to check where the error happens and disable this script, you can show me a link to the page and I will take a quick look!
