Form Creation w/chronoforms v5, Community builder & dynamic elements.

Hi I am looking to create a form that is fairly big, it must be able to add users to two different groups and work with community builder. It also needs to have a dynamic drop down element which will be quite extensive.
After looking into these things it seems it's gonna do my head in fast, so if you are up to the challenge please let me know.
