I see you have SEF ON, try it OFF and retest and let me know the results ? we have SEF ON at the site here so you may try this too at some comment from the home page and let me know the results of this too, for me all is fine!

Hi, Max,
I tried to press Enter (while in the name or other field) at http://www.chronoengine.com and nothing happens. Works fine.
I turned "Enable sh404SEF" mode On on my site, but the problem remains.
Any other ideas?

Hi, Max,
Now I have disabled sh404SEF mode. But the problem is the same.
You can try it at: http://www.mem.lt/index.php/apg1l-apranga/51-apg
Even if your are (I mean your cursor is) in the name field and press enter the empty comment will be posted.

Hi, Max,
You meant "Search Engine Friendly URLs" in global configuration. Sorry..
I turned this option Off. But still Enter key makes a new page appear.

What should I do?

Hi, Max,
I have turned the E-mail field on and now Enter key (while in any field) makes no action 🙂
Is there any way to make it work without e-mail field?

FYI, I had the same issue while running SEF. I did not try it without SEF. It works fine with an added field (url or email). Firefox 3.0.6
As promised, I will look into the issue with all other bug reports too soon!

Hi, would ask if there are some new facts about this? I get it when submitting captcha with Enter. Edit: Aaaah, It happens only when user is logged in. Don't know how to write "if user is logged {dont show captcha};" Can somebody please try to deploy that code here?
hy is it that a form with a single input field will reload the form when the user enters a value and presses the Enter key, and it does not if there are 2 or more fields in the form. I wrote a simple page to test this oddity.
If you enter a value in the second form and press Enter, you'll see it reloads the page passing the entered value as if you called GET. why? and how do I avoid it?
