You should carefully read the following Terms and Conditions. Your purchase or use of our products or services implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Parties
   This Agreement is between you (“Customer”) and ChronoConcepts Limited (“Licensor”, “we”, “us”).
2. Website Operation & Ownership
   The website chronoengine.com is operated by ChronoConcepts Limited. All sales and operations are conducted under ChronoConcepts Limited.
3. Software & GPL
   The Joomla extensions (the “Software”) distributed by Licensor are licensed under GPLv2 (as required by Joomla and/or WordPress). GPLv2 governs the Software’s source code and redistribution rights. This Agreement governs the domain validation service and license activation that enables premium features of the Software; it does not alter or replace GPLv2 rights for the Software code.
4. What you buy — Domain Validation Slots
   We sell **domain validation slots**. A validation slot grants the Customer the right to validate a single domain so that the account key (issued free to each account) can enable premium features on that domain.
5. Trials & Exceptions
   - New domains may be unlocked **free for a 10-day trial** via our trial activation process.
   - Domains consisting of "localhost" or a numeric IP address are **exempt** and may be validated without purchasing a slot (or may activate the trial, per our system rules).
   - Trial or localhost/IP activations are temporary and subject to the same technical restrictions as paid validations.
6. License Scope & Restrictions
   - One validation slot = one fully qualified domain name (FQDN). first level subdomains are included.
   - Validation slots are non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and not for resale.
   - The Software’s source remains under GPLv2; our products sell the validation service/activation only.
7. Delivery
   All deliveries are digital through your account and via email (license activation records). No physical goods.
8. Updates
   All services/extensions are made for the latest versions of Joomla or WordPress, but we can NOT guarantee, that the extensions/services will run with future versions of these CMSs.
9. Support
   - Community/basic support provided at no charge.
   - Professional / priority support available separately and only when agreed and paid for.
10. Refunds
    Sales are digital; **all sales are final** except for duplicate payments or clear technical error on our side. Refunds are done on a case by case basis.
11. Termination
    We may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, breach or upon account owner request. Termination does not entitle to refunds.
12. Liability & Warranty
    Software and activation services provided “as is.” We limit liability to the extent permitted by law.
    
    Our products are provided without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
    
    In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of any loss of data provided on our website.

    We are not responsible for the contents/usage of any websites linked from any of our website's pages including our forums, please pay attention when you access any external website(s) through a link on our website.
