Page/Form Title not showing

I have created a form and added it to the site as a menu item however I can't seem to get the Name of the form on the page. I have even named the menu item as the same name and selected to add menu title. Other pages work fine.

Please help!

ChronoForms forms don't have titles in the same way that articles do but you can easily add one:

In the Designer tab add a Custom Code element from the Advanced Group to your form, Drag it up to the top and add the title you want e.g. <h3>My Form</h3>
