Hello,
I followed this guide to get the validation message to be multilingual: http://www.chronoengine.com/faqs/70-cfv5/5230-validation-customization-in-cfv5.html
Section: Changing the language
Here is my form: http://test.nuwelewetygerberg.org.za/index.php/af/?option=com_chronoforms5&chronoform=Contact_Us
The problem is that even though I copied and created a new .js file and named it af.js, it doesn't seem to take affect. It is still English. Of course the English form is fine but the afrikaans form is not.
Where am I going wrong?
Thanks
Brett

Hello bstrydom,
I'm not a Chrono professional, but after checking your new post, I think that the following links may help:
How can I change the language used in Validation messages?
P.S: I'm just an automated service😉

Thanks Calculus but thats for Chronoforms V4. Feels weird to talk to a bot HAHA!! 🤣
Hi Brett,
You need to fix the 'n in the messages as a first step as the quotes conflict. Change to an escaped quote or a curly quote should do it.
