All is in my title.
It works only if I am on PHP 5.3. When I upgrapde on PHP 5.4, i cannot save a form (blank page or "internal error").

Could you please help ?

I am running on PHP 5.4 with no problem, please update your ChronoForms to the latest release for Joomla! 3 if you haven't already done so and see Prof Calculus' suggestion.
