I am having trouble with the alignment of text boxes in a multi-field row. The text boxes are appearing in a stepped line instead of a horizontal line. I've had a look at the css with firebug but can't see why they are appearing like this. At present I have the three textboxes set at 5% size. The attached screenshot shows the problem - as you can see there is plenty of room on the right hand size of the form to expand into. How can I fix this?

I've seen this but don't know what causes it - usually it seems to go away if I re-save the element or change the labels a little.

Please post a link to the form so I can take a quick look.

Hi - thanks for that, yes you're right, it does correct itself after saving again, all's OK now - just one of life's little mysteries!!

I think that if you specify a size for each field it will be OK from the start.

No - I tried that - even setting to a very narrow width didn't always work. You just have to save it, then save it again then all is well
