Server side validation has error

Hi,

I have a form that is just returning the generic server side validation error message, not one of the field error messages. I can't figure out what is causing the validation error. The debug info doesn't provide any clues as to what the issue may be. Please see the attached screen capture of the form output.

Any idea what could be causing this form not to submit.

I also noticed that when the form returns with an error, all of the required flags (*) are missing from the fields. I have Hilight errors set to Yes, but nothing is getting hilighted.\

You have to be a site user to get to the form, so I can't pass you a URL so you could look at the form.

Any ideas how to get this working would be great.

The screenshot doesn't tell me much. Do you have any Serverside validation enabled?

By all means email or PM me the site URL, the form name, and a SuperAdmin login and I'll take a quick look.
