Recent Joomla updated to : Joomla! 3.4.0 Stable / Php: 5.3.24 / Server: Apache

Chronoforms running well prior to update.

After joomla update: Admin pages went blank (consulted FAQ)

Corrective measures: Site was in dev so after uninstalled Chronoforms v4, installed v5. / Can create forms. / Test form preview empty. / Could not create and link tables for data. / Demo forms provided ok, creating forms ok, could not create link tables on demo forms, no

Question 1. What version of Chrnoforms do I re-install for Joomla! 3.4.0, on Php: 5.3.24 / Apache / Question 2. Why empty form previews (Test Form function). Cv5 / Question 3. Why can't I create/link tables on forms for data. Cv5

Previous Chrono v4 on Joomla 3.3+ worked flawlessly. Cannot rollback to 3.3. Other update of key extension on my client's website needed.
