Good morning, I present some problems that feedback with your plugin for wordpress.
First, the dynamic fields such as: To Dynamic, Dynamic subject, Reply to email not working.
Required fields, albeit set, can be omitted in the process of completing the form.

You have two JavaScript errors on the form page that may be causing some of these problems. The minifier code makes it impossible to diagnose there r see if they are related to the ChronoForm. If you disable that you should be able to resolve the errors.
