Is there a way to upload a document, and then place fields onto the document that can be printed?

Question

I have multiple forms that in the past have resided on the adobe forms central server... Unfortunately, they are discontinuing that system... Is there any way to upload a paper form via PDF, or else create a form that will print out to like the print copy? we have to use exact formatting on these forms, and I have attached one such form. [attachment=0]TDCareerCouncilForm.pdf[/attachment]

Hi Arrick,

We have a PDF action which can take HTML data (which may contain any form data) and convert this to a PDF file.

So, you can present a form to your users, ask them to fill it, then once they submit the form, you can get a PDF file with the data in a specific layout.

You can download Chronoforms and install the PDF action and test that.
