NoCaptcha dissapeared from form!

baxterdown 02 Mar, 2015
I'm developing this new website. I created a contact form and have had it running perfectly for the last few days using Google's NoCaptcha (I've also used it on other sites and it runs fine). I just noticed it is no longer displaying on the form when assigned to module position sidebar-a in desktop view.

The form is also assigned to other places where it is displaying correctly, like this page where it's displaying in an article via the CF plugin. It also displays correctly on phone view (site is responsive).

As i said, the form has been running perfectly until an hour ago. Here's what I have tried to troubleshoot:

- I tested the form and the NoCaptcha is there (the form won't submit). It's just not displaying.
- I tested the site with other browsers and it won't display.
- I tested on OSX (I'm Windows) and it won't display
- I tested on iPad and it won't display (as I said, it displays ok on iPhone and Android phones)
- I removed all module class suffix.
- I installed the following extensions today: RocketTheme RokNavMenu, YooTheme WidgetKit and MoeDesigns Random Article. I tried disabling the extensions but nothing changed.

Any thoughts?

UPDATE:

I just found the cause. Because this is a responsive site, I have two instances of the contact form on the home page:

- One on the sidebar-a module position for desktop view
- One on the content-bottom-a module position for mobile view

It appears that both instances of the form are causing a conflict. I tried duplicating the form and giving it a different name (ID) to see if that would solve the problem, but it didn't.

I ended up moving elements around in order for a single form to work on both views. So, I don't need help anymore. Yet, I still wanted to update this thread in case it can help someone else.
