Understand same related to cache cleaning but whatever I do, the captcha code is not showing. The box and the blue arrows are there.
When using your version V4 for Joomla 3.2 everyting works fine but I like the forms of V 5 better.
Any solution or will same be fixed in new release?
Hi jestyn,
I'm not sure what are the box and the blue arrows, but please double check that you have the "load captcha" action ABOVE the "HTML" action.

Many tks for your fast reply.
load captcha is above the the html section i.e. its the first in line.
Blue arrow: the possibility to change the code i.e. the arrows are whowing but not the code.
Ok, then its a problem with the GD library in this case, did you set the captcha settings to use "True type" fonts ? if yes then please try to disable that, if this doesn't help then have 2 options:
#1- ask your host to fix this as this is caused by GD library config!
#2- use another anti spam method, like honeypot, reCaptcha or security question!

Inside same website/same domain/same host using chronoforms V 4J3 the captcha code does show so in my opinion the error is not with the hoster.
Changing captcha setting not to use true type fonts did not help.
Will try to use other antispam method but appreciate to hear from you when a fix is found since prefer to use the Captha code method
In this case it "may be" some SEF issue, do you have SEF enabled ?

Sef is enabled - likewise rewrite url
is it the Joomla core SEF or a 3rd party extension ? if its not the core SEF then please configure your SEF extension to skip Chronoforms!
