Tutorial for editing form "demo-joomla-registration"

since 4 days i try to build an edit form for an joomla-registration-form with a few extra fields.
im not able to build such a edit form for registred user on my website.

can anyone crate an simple tutorial, how to build a solution to let the registred user edit
the Registration?

a tutorial with screenshots would be wonderful :-)

I've created an form for user registration. I need some extra fields. So i chose this
application.

I can register new user (Joomla + Form-Table) but i want to build it like that,
that a user can change his information.

In the Form-Table there is no user_id filled, so that i can select an edit-form.

What have i to do, that the user_id is filled in the table?
