I've an urgent and unbelievable problem with a website with chronoform.
The website is in Joomla 2.5.6
Chronoform version is V4 RC1.8
The forms in the website works without problems, but now I need to modify some fields inside the template, but no one button works in admin panel of chronoform!!!!
Doesn't matter what button I click (for example Forms Manager, Form Wizard, Easy Form Wizard, Validate Installation, Backup, New and so forth...) nothing happens.
The screen show only this message:
"Your Chronoforms install at www.domain.ext is NOT Validated, No limited features but for a small fee you get link free forms and help us continue the development and support"
I don't understand why I bought chronoform in 2011. By the way if I must buy again it doesn't a problem. My problem is to backup the existing forms because they are very custom with a pdf generator code!!!
I tried to check the templates and push "backup" button, but nothing happens. I tried to reinstall all chronoform module but obviously I loose the template inside...
So is there a way to backup the templates? I don't know how for example in the DB, or in some file inside com_chronoforms ???

Hi Vince,
Please try the following, download v4 for J2.5 from the downloads page then install it OVER yours (do NOT uninstall or you will lose your forms).
That may fix the problem!
If you can take a database backup before this then that should be good!
