Good afternoon are respected you! Tnx for ask our questions. Help to make a form which an example will help much. I saw all forum, a lot of information is scattered. It is heavy to understand 😟 Plz help create and includ this form to demo.

I need insert into form by load data from table by id_otdel which is specified in hiden field form and is specified tomorrow of week.
Data insert in other form to table on tomorrow of week.

etc. if today 12.12.2014 i need edit data from 13.12.2014 or i input data modify by field or datapicker . Data load to form in fields, i edit him and press buttone update. Data update in database.

And for demo can make to choose data from dropdown and automatic data load to the fields. ITS be NICE to ALL

i malke more, bu i can't return array by max id in table. This quert is work, i need load to form. return array return first 'id' bu me need and id. Help plz!!!
