Actually the post is seven days old and needs Max to reply as the fix requires a small change in the core code.

As a workaround you can specify the Submit URL including the HTML entity & in the HTML (Render Form) action.

This should do it in the form editor? do not understand where I can do this modification. Would greatly appreciate if you can guide me and help me fix this error where the W3C validation
