Hello,
It is possible to insert a video from a file or youtube in a chronoforum post?

Hi Jorge,
You can just attach it, but there is no "preview" video mode, its on the todo list though!

any kind of a ETA, this is very important feature
I can't tell now, how do you want this to work ? using a button in the editor ?

not to cuss but kunena's way of doing videos is pretty good for youtube but horrible for uploads. I think ideally would either be a button in the editor aka jce style, or a file upload/insert.
its not easy to get a preview image of an uploaded video file, you need to install a server library for that as far as I know!

all I know is JCE media manager does it no problem.
it does it for files uploaded using the manager ? or for "linked" videos from youtube..etc ?

you link, or upload via its built-in media manager, detects LOTS of formats and automatically selects the proper one. I would definitely take a look @ how its done. JCE is imo the very best wysiwyg editor on the market.
