"Dropdown Label" appearing in email field

Dropdown field labels appearing as "dropdown label" in emails.

Overview

The issue occurs because the email template uses a generic placeholder instead of the specific field label.
Edit the email template in CF to replace the generic placeholder with the correct field label for each dropdown.

I have 4 dropdown fields on my form, and changed the field name and field id, but when the data is emailed, it only says "dropdown label" for the field name. Any ideas? thanks!

You can edit the Email template to change that,
