Mailer Error: You must provide at least one recipient email address

Hi,

I have probleme to send email after submit my form.

I have installed chronoform 5.0.2 with joomla 3.3.1.
In Joomla configuation panel, I have choose SMTP as email server and it works well when I test to send email directly from joomla.

But when I want to submit my form I have the following message : "Mailer Error: You must provide at least one recipient email address."

I have follow many tips done in the forum :
- enable the SMTP in the chronoform settings.
- add a debugger action after the mail action. The result is in the attached file.
[attachment=0]chronoform.txt[/attachment]
Can you help me?

Hi Virginie,

If there is a space between the two To Email addresses please try removing it,

Does it work with a single To Email address?

I have just tried with one email and there is always the problem.

I have noticed that the message has changed when there is only one email adress. It is now :"Mailer Error: Could not instantiate mail function.".
May be that could help you to understand better what is wrong.

Hi Virginie,

Please try setting the From Email address to be the same as the SMTP Login address - that sometimes seems to work.

Hi Bob,

Unfortunately it doesn't stil work.
I have checked the email configuration with our provider specifications.
Do you think it could be the v5 version? I don't remenber having such problem with the v4 version.

It's always me.
May be i've got a clue.
I have installed chronoform v4 for joomla 3 and made tests with the same email configuration and it seems to work.
i have received an email with my test infos.

Hi Virginie,

The Email code in CFv5 is different and there have been some bugs though I think that they are now sorted out. Please make sure that you have the latest release installed.

I have downloaded the latest version from your website.
Anyway, I can use chronoform v4 and I should deal with.
ButiIf you need more informations about my configuration to fix the bugs, feel free to ask me.
