Chrono Used with Paypal

I have a real estate client currently using Joomla 1.0.12 and they would like to accept rental applications via online. I don't have a problem creating such forms but what they would like to do is also accept credit application fee when they do fill out the form.

Here's what I like to see happen.

1. Click on link called 'Rental Application'
2. They would first make a Paypal payment.
3. Once payment is process, they are redirected to fill out the rental application form.

I want to make sure that the rental application form can only be viewed/filled out after payment.

Can ChronoForms handle any kind of payment method or do I need to use something in conjunction with ChronoForms/Joomal?

In theory ChronoForms can do all of this, the bit I haven't quite finished is handling the return url.
