Captcha Acting Up - PLEASE HELP

How to fix a CF form that shows a wrong verification code error but still submits.

Overview

The problem occurs when the form is embedded in an article or module with an incorrect relative URL setting.
Turn off the 'Relative URL' setting in the HTML action of your form to resolve the error.

Hello,

http://guaranteeins.com/contact-us

We have a form that's acting up. When you try to submit the form, you get the following error message:

You have entered a wrong verification code!

HOWEVER, the form does get submitted, but the user will think it was not submit.

This happens even when I remove the captcha.

When I go into the setup menu I see two errors on the event loops. It is red and says "On fail."

Please help, thanks,

Adam

Answer
Hi Adam,

We have solved this by email already, your form was inside an article/module and you had to turn OFF the "Relative url" setting under the HTML action. 🙂
