Summary Page(posted in same page or in form itself)

Hi,

I want to create a form which is single use only. I mean that after the submission, summary page should be permanently posted in the same page. Actually, it is better for me to post it in to form itself( form should transform a summary page and stay in there permanently)

Is it possible? If so how can I do this?

It's easy enough to add some code to the form to show a message in place of the form. You can do that by using Custom Containers. The big question is how would you know that it had already been submitted?
