email template

Remove stray PHP closing tags from ChronoForms email templates.

Overview

The issue occurs when email templates contain unnecessary PHP closing tags, which can appear as visible characters in the sent email.
Edit the email template to remove the PHP opening and closing tags, leaving only the HTML content.

Greetings

I've configured 3 emails templates to be sent according to the language the visitor is using.

I followed the tutorial: https://www.chronoengine.com/faqs/52-cfv4/cfv4-emails/2669-how-can-i-translate-emails.html

Every works fine, the emails are sent according to the language, yet I noticed that the email template remains with the '?>' tag at the start?!

Why does this happen?

Thanks

Hi mauriciocgpereira,

What code do you have in your template? it may have changed a bit from CFv4 to Cfv5

Hi mauriciocgpereira,

Please try this - I think it will work OK in the more recent versions of CF.
<div class="gform-all">
....
</div>
