Help getting article information

Hi.. I'm having some trouble getting article information in the sent email.
I read this article but still having trouble.

I have a tabbed form in my articles using {chronoforms5}template_order_form_tabs_basic{/chronoforms5}
I actually have to forms on each page,
one to ask a question and one to give me there information and to order.
But when i get my email i don't get the article info a need.
Don't really want to have to do 2 forms for every product in a article. 30 to 50 articles total.
I think it must be simple. i just need help. 😀

What do you see in the form data when you try using the FAQ?

Hi.. I get nothing but the label (custom code) i know i can change this but i don't want that seen anyway.
What i do is:
Go to my form
click designer tab
go to advanced
and move over the custom button
Add the code from the article if the faq page. I also tried to use all 3 pieces of code snippets.
i don't use a container.

I also tried to use it under the setup tab.
using custom code under the basic menu.

Sorry if i'm over looking something or just not doing something i should know about.

Hi Molloyny,

Please try using a Custom Code action in the Setup tab instead of the Custom element (I see an odd PHP error when I use that).

And in Joomla! 3 please replace =& with plain = when it is used.
