I have no clue how to put my form where I want it. As in, I want to put it in a certain page/article or module. How can I choose where on my site to place it. Thanks!

Use the ChronoForms plugin/mambot to put the for in a page or article (download the correct version from the Downloads area here).
Joomla doesn't support plugins in modules so you can't use this route directly but there is an extension that will let you do it - see the FAQs.
