Hey y'all - just a heads up.
I've been trying to do some extensive searching on the forums since I don't want to duplicate any information if it's already here. However, I've been running into this issue:
1. Type in a search string
2. Hit "Search" (or "enter")
3. View Results
4. Click on a thread in the results
5. Read thread - discover it's not applicable very quickly
6. Click my browsers "back" button
7. Get an error telling me that I cannot make multiple searches within 20 seconds.
8. Bumps me back to the main Forum Folders list - I lose the search results
I've also gotten the error when I try to view the second page of search results within 20 seconds of the initial search (i.e. I was bumped out, searched again after the time delay, tried to click straight through to the second page of results because I've viewed the first page before and wham - bumped out again with the timeout error).
Just thought y'all should know that the search function seems to be researching when the browser goes back, instead of just viewing the previously loaded page.

Hi Heather,
I think Max has throttled the searches on the forums here because of the server load that they make :-(
The ChronoSearch on my site is a custom Google Search that may help; it covers these forums and some other useful places.

Thanks, Bob!
I figured there was a reason, but just wanted to give you a heads up. It just makes it difficult to thoroughly search the forums, thus resulting in duplicated postings and problems. I'll give your site's search a 'go' next time!

Hi HFeimster,
Thanks for taking the time to post about this, I have actually fixed the issue but still didn't apply the fix to the forum, I will try to do this ASAP🙂

Max
