checkbox one autocheck and second disable

I have 2 checkbox fields one i want to be checked by default (i do it, on form settings on backend) and second disabled that people cant change
any idea how to do it?

Hi Qbik,

You can either do it by hand coding the checkbox in a custom element element; or with JavaScript.
