message-form in code form

Can you help me,
I use Joomla 3.3 and chronoforms5.
I made form-order and now I receive all message-form in code form. Why?

It looks to me as if your email reader can't handle HTML emails and requires plain text.

There is a setting in the Email Action to switch between HTML and plain text but I'm not sure if it works to send just plain text.

You can also try removing the HTML from the Email template and use just plain text there.
