In emails is not showing the fields

Hi,

if the customer write someting in the MEssage box, it sent him and the admin an empty Message.
But Name and Emailadress is correct listen.
Only checkbox and Message is missing.

How i can solve this?

Hi Bob,

I use the chrono forms 5 and the emails are send but it shows not all value. Some of them are empty.
As I see, my email configuration is looks like a small version. It haves not all features.

Hi liebesengel,

I have no idea what you mean by 'small version'. You still need to create a template in either version. ChronoForms v5 will do it for you if you remove any existing template and re-save the form.

Hi I've the same problem with version 5 rc6.

I've just moved the site from local to live and if I use Ajax it won't work, the sent emails have empty fields.

I guess is something with the cache but I've no idea what could be.

I went back to version RC5 and everything works on Joomla 3.3.x

But do you have a "Display message" or other actions with the Email action ? do they work or not ?

With the V5 RC5 it all works: ajax, display message, email action

Please install RC6 again, disable the AJAX and let me know if the email works or not ?

I also tried to install RC6, with ajax active fields arrive empty. Disabling the ajax everything works correctly.

With the RC5 occasionally arrive mails with empty fields, but I think depend on the search engine spiders

Ok, in RC6 with AJAX enabled please disable the "Relative url" under the "HTML" settings (same place where you enable the AJAX)

Hi, I've tried the solution you gave me, but fields are still empty, so I got back to RC5 that works.

I've seen this method http://www.chronoengine.com/forums/posts/f5/t96270.html but instead doing a "redirect", that doesn't sound good for SEO, is possible to use a function that if the hidden field is compiled simply stops the submitting of the form?

Something as this http://www.contoy.it/antispam-senza-captcha/

You can use the "Honey pot" action in RC6, not sure if it was in RC5, but it does what you need, it adds a hidden field with security key and checks that, it can also add it using JavaScript to make sure that the client has this enabled!
