Error message display oddly

V5 display of error oddly eg fail to pass captcha, please see attached. The same odd appearance comes from a form view via module plugin to an article or direct from a menu option.

I think its a conflict with the forms CSS, I can't tell the CSS rule without checking your page, but maybe its something with the ul or li elements.
