Not submitting empty fields (email) ?

Hi everyone !
I made a form with multiple drop-downs, that hide or show according to previous users' choices.
With this scenario, there will always be empty fields (drop-down) as some fields will still hidden.

My problem is in the email Chronoforms send.
Here is a test I received :
Adresse email de secours :	test@test.fr
Vous êtes :	Professeur
c	
Votre problème concerne :	Accès WiFi & Webmail
p	
Indiquez votre problème :	Autre problème
Précisez votre problème :	Mon problème
p	
Indiquez votre problème :	
Indiquez votre problème :	
Indiquez votre problème :

I filled the 5 first fields (from "Adresse email de secours" to "Précisez votre problème").
As you can see, the label of my 3 last fields are displayed (3 last "Indiquez votre problème"), although these fields are empty.

As they are hidden (and not filled), I don't want to see their label on the sended email.
Can you tell me how to do that ?

P.S. : Also, if someone have a clue about those "c", "p", "p" letters showing between fields and how to remove them, it will be great🙂

Which version of ChronoForms are you using?

The c and p characters are presumably coming from your Email template?
