How to change from "Root User" for webform emails

Simple question- when someone fills out my webform, it emails me their submission but the email shows as being From: Root User. How do I change emails to show from "Webform" or something similar?

Hi James,

Did you set the "From name" and "From email" settings in your Email action ?
