on my website there's a form created with chronoform V.4 that works 90% of the times: it happens sometimes that we receive some blank records (and empty lines in the database), we cannot understand what is the porblem that genarates these faults.
The form gather personal information such as name and surname and the upload of a pdf file.
The form was tested several times and on our computers it seems to work, but happens that some of our users receive the confirmation of correct upload, but in the back-end (Db and FTP) we can't find data and pdf file.
Please, suggest us what kind of data and specification or code we have to provide you to try to solve the problem.
