How to send via email the new fields or data of the form after updating the its fields/contents?

I am using Joomla 3.2.2 with Chronoform v5. My new form was created automatically from the sample forms. I just copied one sample (the multi-field one) and then added new fields like drop-down list. However, the new fields/data are not being sent in the email. Where and how do i update these settings please.

In the old version, if i remember corrrectly, there is an auto-update for the html code which generates/includes the new fields. But i can't find this in my current setup.

Just to be sure, where is that email template please? Is it done using Custom Code instead of the Design Wizard?
