Captcha not validating

Hi I am having trouble with form captcha not validating. its works fine in test mode and also manages to send me an email with pdf attached to it. but when I connect the form to an article and go live, it keeps reloading a new captcha and doesn't execute.
could you please guide me.

Please set the "Relative url" setting to "no" under the "HTML" action settings, or disable your website cache, or use the form under menu item of type Chronoforms5!
