I have
Record and Send User IP Address set to No.

While the IP Address is not being sent in the email, it is still being recorded. It shows up in the saved data.

I do not want to record and save it. This could violate privacy laws, especially if one does not indicate in their privacy notice that the IP Address is being recorded and saved. I prefer not to record, save, or transmit it to minimize any information security issues.

Any way of disabling this?

Developers need be attentive to this. Unless their privacy notice/statement on their website explicity says they are collecting the IP Address they should not do so. As a privacy professional, I prefer not to collect information that I don't need.
