First of all, I apologize if this has been asked before. Second, I'm a completely beginner when it comes to Joomla, coding and Chronoforms and my knowledge is pretty limited.
I'm making a website (travel agency) where I need to have the same form in more articles yet get the data about the article in the e-mail I get. So far I managed to make the form, but my problem is that the e-mail I get when I submit the form doesn't contain any data regarding the article where the form has been submitted from. I'm pretty sure it's possible to set the subject of the e-mail the way it contains the title of the article or if not in the subject, at least in the body of the e-mail. It wouldn't make any sense if I should make a form for each article.
I'd appreciate if someone could help me out!

Thank you Bob. Well, either am I doing something wrong, or it isn't really working.
The only option that sort of worked was with the 1st code, adding the page URL into the body of the e-mail, but I couldn't change the e-mail subject or to get the page title in the body of the e-mail. I don't know if there're some additional things I should do. I also clicked the Generate Auto Template in the Emails part.

Oh, I just changed something in the Emails part and now got the page title in the body of the e-mail! Is it possible to put it in the subject of the e-mail? Thank you!
