Hi, I have a client site (old I know) that gets used just once a year for processing annual membership applications. In the backend of ChronoForms, I'm getting the banner error "ERROR LOADING FEED DATA" just under the CF horizontal menu.

What could be causing this and how do I fix it?

A long time ago there was a version of ChronoForms that included a 'Hint' banner in the Forms Manager that was fed by an RSS feed. I think that you are probably seeing the residue of that - probably when the site here was upgraded Max didn't re-add the Hint feed.

If my memory serves me correctly if you click the Options (maybe Settings) icon at the right of the Forms Manager toolbar there is an option to turn the Hints off.
