How to load data from Database in EDIT ???

Dear all, i have instaled CC anc CF v4, i have created form, and everithing. Before installing Filter Fields in form , there wass possible by clicking on NAME to open form with records, now after installing filter fields, When i click on Name i see just empty form without data (Like Add New)

Hi Xelmap,

Did you add a model id ? if yes then your form fields should match the model id, e.g:

Model[field_name]
