Chronoform for wordpress - How to use ?

Display a CF form on a WordPress page.

Overview

The form does not appear when using the "View Form" link because it requires embedding via a shortcode.
Embed the form using the provided shortcode in any post or page. The "View Form" link is not functional for frontend display.

Its nice to see my favorite joomla form extension is now available for wordpress.

today i gave it a try. I install it, interface was easily understood as it was lot more similar to joomla. I created a form and clicked on View Form it opens frontend but there was no form visible. I also tried with demo forms but still same issue.

Is there any more configuration that needs to be done. Also how to embed form to any post using shortcode. Some detailed documentation will be very useful.

Hi plus91anand,

You are way ahead of me, I haven't even tried installing in WordPress yet.

Did you add a HTML (Render form) action on the Setup tab?

Just wondering how to view the form myself.
Yes, have a HTML (Render form) action to the Setup tab, but don't see the form.

Ok, I found this in the readme.txt file that comes with the plugin:

Use short code [Chronoforms5 chronoform="YOUR_FORM_NAME"]

I have used the shortcode and the form shows up on the page/post...testing to still continue 😀
