Startup CC V5

I have started working with CC V5. I have the following questions:

I have added Form code in the edit-action tab:

Works fine for New records, but when I edit an existing record, it creates a new one. What do I do to make the edit work?
I notice I can choose a "form event name" referring to a CF form, but it is not clear to me how it works. Is their some tutorial somewhere?

Is there a way to translate the text to New and Remove buttons in the toolbar to e.g. Dutch?

Forget the "edit" question. Cracked that one😀 😀 😀. Forgot to add the model to a hidden field in the form.

New=XYZ
