Passing parameters to External URL

I have created two fields where numbers are typed in. Both numbers should then be passed as parameters to an external URL. Please help me to do this. Thanks in advance

Thank you Bob. I am a bit lost here. Please bear with me. I have created the form, how do I build the URL in the Redirect URL action? Are the parameters included in the URL here? Please give me an example. And do I then insert the complete URL for the Redirect User action?
Also - how do I go back to the Redirect URL action as I cannot find it anymore.
