fields with data showing this field is required!

Hello Admin & Members.
I dont know why me..😢
i have everything in place so i was setting the validation for each fields to finish my work and now when i put the content in fields and click submit it shows this field is required. like i have an email field with required and email validation, but after adding correct email its show: "this field required" when i submit.

please someone, anyone help me 😟
