I know nothing about PayBox or the plug-in you are using.
You can use <form> tags in ChronoForms by turning off the ChronoForms Form tags and adding your own.
In this case thou you can get the result you want by adding a Submit URL on the form General tab.

PS As the plug-in has a PHP interface, if you have some PHP experience it might be simpler and safer to call the PHP methods directly from a Custom Code action.
