Replies are double posting

Hi There,

Slightly strange problem that I see no fix for or reason why.

Evertime there is a reply posting, it posts it twice. I do not see any way to delete the duplicate posts, but nor can I stop it happening in the first place.

Any ideas?

I'm not sure why this happens, what's the version you have installed ?
