Two Submission Buttons Doing Different Things

Hi,

I am building a multi page form but have come up against a problem. The pages have 4 text boxes making up a row. This row is now repeated down the pages but in order to make it manageable I use the page break to turn it into multi pages.

I have a submit button, which reads “ Click for More Entries” at the foot of each page which when clicked takes you to the next page, all as per your FAQ’s and works well.

My problem is that most users of this form will have different numbers of data rows to submit, therefore, I require to put a second submission button on each page, which reads “Save and Close” and when clicked will save the data then close the form.

Any suggestions as to how I can do this?

Hi hopemanjohn,

I've never tried to do that, it could probably be done with the event switcher to either load the next page or go to Submit.

An alternative might be to use sliders to divide a single page up into manageable chunks?
